Dish number two has been learned.


Along with the clean dish I cooked for myself the other night (the chicken and veggies and whatnot) I decided to learn how to cook another healthy dish. This Guacamole is a lot easier and hard to mess up. I made it a few days ago for my graduation party and it was a big hit, though my mm walked me through it every step of the way. This time I made it myself (oh, with some chopping assistance from Katie.) and it turned out almost as good. I had to go bad and add small things here and there until I got the ratios correct, but now that I have it right I don't think I will forget anytime soon. To top off the health kick I even ate it with baked tortilla chips. Sure, they're still chips but at least they're not AS bad for you.

For a food that looks like a massive amount of baby crap it sure taste like the farthest thing from it!
